Helen C. Smith, President and Principal Environmental Consultant
Helen C. Smith is President and Principal Environmental Consultant at Devereux Consulting. Helen is a 2018 BA graduate of the Environmental Studies Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a 2025 MS graduate in Geographic Information Systems and Spatial Analysis from West Virginia University. While studying at UMBC, Helen was an intern with the Spa Creek Conservancy in Annapolis where she did ground-level data collection and supported GIS mapping projects. Helen also participated in water quality data collection in her undergraduate environmental science courses. She provides leadership and technical expertise on all of Devereux Consulting’s projects.
